beach walks good services
my stay included enjoyable walks on the beach. swimming in the pools was also lovely. i found the reception, laundry, and housekeeping services to be very good! the breakfast was tasty and satisfying.
it seemed like a proper response in the chat questions was not given.

thai cuisine clean villa english-speaking staff
the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection with western and thai cuisine. the villas were clean and spacious and close to the beach (it was quite clean, almost no rocks). friendly staff were capable of speaking decent english (i was traveling with a thai native, so their kindness stood out).

dirty room road noise
I was annoyed by a couple of issues. First, the room was not clean upon arrival despite the wait I had. I had to wait for them to "inspect the room". The room was supposed to be pool view. It barely was. Second, the hillside rooms are across the road from the main resort. They have a view of a busy road and the noise to match.

attentive staff fresh donuts tour options obstructed view missing milk missing iron
i found the breakfast buffet excellent with its selection of asian and western dishes. the staff were consistently polite and attentive, i especially liked the fresh donuts. the travel office managed tours with many options for day tours and rental bikes and cars.
i booked a sea view grande beautiful room months in advance but was given a room on the bottom level. the view from the room was obstructed by trees a gym and a pool house. there was also no milk for the coffee and no iron provided.

the location was convenient, placing me near shops and the beach.
My room had a musty smell, suggesting mold issues. the air conditioning was also quite noisy. It sounded like worn bearings. these problems.

Our beachfront villa was beautiful. its modern design and super clean condition impressed us. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops (even a convenient 7-eleven). breakfast offered such a good variety. the beach itself was clean and inviting. the staff were amazing. Their friendliness and willingness to help.

our villa had tasteful, minimalist décor plus very comfortable beds (i slept like a baby!). the cleanliness was really good, and we really appreciated having a swim-up pool. it was perfect for a refreshing dip right from our terrace.

excellent staff lovely choice strong damp busy road
the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast selection had lovely choices. the beach was very clean, and the hotel maintained it well.
the room smelled strongly of damp. also, the hotel is located across a busy road, something i did not expect. this made it less convenient to access some facilities. the room could have been better.
